Our Community Action Committee organizes participation with the organizations we support, working closely with each to maximize our volunteer efforts. Not only do we volunteer on a regular basis as a group, we also celebrate the special events each organization promotes.

Passionately Pink for the Cure ™ is the exciting fundraising and education program of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, designed to remind everyone of the crucial need to end breast cancer forever.
Custom Decorators participates in this annual event with all of our designers and employees in the US and Canada. We also sponsor a team in the Portland Race for the Cure.
Habitat for Humanity’s goal is to transform lives and revitalize neighborhoods by enabling families in need to earn and own a simple, decent, affordable home. In addition to the donations our supplier partners make, Custom Decorators’ employees volunteer as a team to help build new homes in the Portland area.
Special Olympics is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, productive and respected members of society through sports training and competition. Custom Decorators employees volunteer their time at various group activities throughout the year. Our designers donate their time and talents to decorate The Governor’s Ball, a major fundraiser for Special Olympics.
